WCH CH32V003 is a new ultra-cheap RISC-V microcontroller (MCU) clocked at 48 MHz with 2KB SRAM, 16KB flash, and many features that sell for under 10 cents in quantities.

This compact (only 30*43 mm) Evolution Board (EVB) is best for any DIY small project or product development.

A Low-Cost RISC-V MCU WCH is well-known for its USB interface IC family. Its RISC-V MCU family also expands quickly. CH32V003 is an ultra-low-cost entry-level RISC-V MCU suitable for small products or projects. It features:

• 32bit RISC-V 2A Core

• Up to 48MHz system clock

• 2KB SRAM and 16KB user flash

• 1x DMA controller

• 1x OpAmp comparator

• 10-bit ADC

• 1x 16-bit advanced timer and 1x 16-bit general-purpose timer

• 2x watchdog timers and 1x 32-bit system-tick timer

• 1x USART

• 1x I2C

• 1x SPI interface

• Up to 18 I/O ports, the interrupts are available on all pins

• 64-bit chip unique ID

• Serial 1-Wire Debug Interface

• Multiple low power modes: sleep, standby

• Supply voltage: 3.3/5V

• Power-on/power-off reset, programmable voltage detector

• Power input support up to 12V on Vin pin

• 1A 3.3V Regulator

• USB-C connector for easy power input

• 2* LEDs (independent from any GPIO)

• Reset Switch

• all GPIO on Pin Headers with proper Marking

• Internal OP Amp Voltage divider resistors (Not Soldered)

• Separate Programming (SWD) and UART pins for easy debugging. and Power Input

• 2*mounting holes (2.5mm) for easy mounting

Reminders:

• CH32V003 needs a WCH-LINKE Programmer/Debugger to download the program, it is recommended to buy it separately.

• For the convenience of transportation, the row Pin Headers are not Soldered by default. They will be shipped with the Board.

• The 24Mhz Crystal Oscillator and 2*122pF capacitors will be soldered on the board (they are not available in the images)

• Different batches of circuit boards may have different components and colors.
